Our Quality

• Our fish are caught in the pristine blue waters of the Indian Ocean surrounding Seychelles using our new fleet of vessels
• The fish are then quickly cleaned and stored in the vessels
• The fish is then taken out from the vessels to the factory ensuring the correct temperatures are maintained.
• Fish are all graded and histamine tests are conducted to ensure the quality
• Fish are then quickly processed and packed sent out to the airport for delivery
• All our staff are professionally trained and experienced and quality is tested is at all stages of the process
